2d floor plan of subiaco restaurant

I am in need of a freelancer who can create a 2D floor plan for my restaurant dining room only (ie no kitchen, bathrooms etc) in Subiaco. Area is approximately 150m2. As I do not have any existing architectural plans or measurements, the ideal candidate should have experience in creating accurate measurements and floor plans based on site visits and discussions.

The primary purpose of the floor plan is for renovation purposes and to permit offshore purchase of furniture..
