floor plan for building construction

I am looking for a freelancer to help create a floor plan for the building construction I am considering. In particular, I am looking for a plan for a residential building. While I do not have a specific design conceived yet, I do have some ideas in mind that I would be happy to discuss with the freelancer. The total area for the construction is estimated to be between 1200-1500 square feet. I am looking for an experienced and skilled freelancer to come up with a design that is both functional and attractive. The freelancer will need to provide structural drawings as well as illustrations and diagrams. It is important that the plan meets the requirements of local building codes while still being aesthetically pleasing. First Floor and Second Floor: Single duplex house, with main entrance in First floor. Internal stairs from 1st floor to 2nd floor. Total rooms needed = 3.
First Floor: Kitchen and open Living Room.
