floor plan

I'm looking for a graphic designer to create a floor plan for me. The type of floor plan I need is residential and the area to be included is greater than 5000 sq ft. I also have specific requirements that need to be included in the floor plan. I'm looking for someone who is experienced in creating detailed floor plans that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. The team should have a good understanding of architectural principles and be comfortable working with measurements and a variety of tools.
