floor plan

I'm looking for help creating a detailed residential floor plan with architectural specifications. I have the specific dimensions of the floor plan, so I need someone to design and draw up the entire plan, including all the architectural details. I need the completed plan to include furniture/fixtures as part of the design. The floor plan should adhere to all applicable regulations and standards. Precision and accuracy is key. Having experience designing floor plans of this type is a must. This is a remodel and i will up load redline drawing of changes when hired.
