2nd floor addition to existing CMU building

I am looking to hire a freelancer to help create a plan for a 2nd floor addition on an existing CMU building. The purpose of this addition is strictly for storage of our packaging containers. The existing building is less than 1000 sq ft. I have specific design elements and features I would like to be included in the 2nd floor addition, so I am searching for a professional to help bring my ideas to life. This project requires someone with knowledge and experience in all aspects of designing, planning, and constructing a 2nd floor addition. The successful freelancer will need to be able to look at the existing CMU building and utilize their skills to construct a positive addition that meets all of the specified requirements.
