I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to design a fire escape/entrance for a Victorian residential building arranged on 3 floors. The fire escape will be an extension in steel of an existing concrete outside staircase. It will lead to the entrance to a 2nd floor conversion flat.
The completed project will include drawings and plans that illustrate how the fire escape is to be built. The drawings must be detailed and compliant with applicable fire safety standards. The freelancer should also provide any needed building permits or certifications to validate their work.
I'm seeking someone who is reliable and efficient in their design work, and who takes safety seriously. Being able to meet deadlines and staying within the proposed budget are also important criteria.
