finalise house plans

i had a freelancer design a house for me but i didnt get the following items completed before project finish.

- Basix (If unable to Provide Basix, need the following)
- sections
- floor to ceiling heights
- suspended floor heights

Please feel free to ask questions so i i can get this correct. Freelancers in Australia/NSW PREFERED.
