Project needs architectural drafting set of existing & proposed floor plans, roof plan on site, 4x elevations and 2x sections.
This is for an existing single-storey residential with initial hand sketch plan of proposed renovation and extension changes to be drafted up as follows:
1. replace existing garage as self contain studio with 2x bedrooms kitchenette & bathroom allowing for
2. new carport
3. Extension: new kitchen and deck
Initial dwg of existing plan, site survey & elevation with some demolition has been drawn up and needs to be continued. Complete work to be in dwg and pdf.
