my dream villa
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Good day for every body ,
I have a land with sea view 1400 M2. I am planning to build it . the area is 1400 m2 . I need ground floor , first floor and second floor . In the ground floor , there will be kitchen 60 m2 , living area 42 m2 , men sitting 42 m2 . women sitting 30 m2 , saloon 50 m2 double height , sky light . stair and elevator , house maid room , laundry and store rooms , 3 bathrooms , patio , . the total area of the ground range between 250 to 300 m2
First floor , there will be one master room 35 m2 and 3 other bed rooms , balcony with sea viewing but with privacy . one part of the first floor will be just a roof for air conditions of the ground floor . or . there will be swimming pool , gym , cold and hot Jacuzzi , still I am making my mind whether to do the swimming pool on the first floor with separate entrance and door or make it in the second floor with total area between 120 to 140 meter . I also would like the swimming pool to be sea viewing and protruded on the main entrance without any underling rooms or any sitting area , so that i can see the ceiling of the swimming pool from down so that in case of leakage I will be able to catch it very early , swimming pool size preferably 4*6 . A second swimming pool will be in the landscape
Out side land scape , the majority area in the front area and toward the north and south region .
I would like to have architectural plan ( building plan ) , auto-cad , interior and exterior designs . 3D.2D and rendering
I am not in hurry but i need a person who is patient and can tolerate me till I will be able to give my ideas and dream villa .
