drafting for balcony
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I am looking for a drafting specialist to help with a balcony project. The balcony needs to have structural drafting done, as I have specific dimensions and materials already in mind. The intended use of this balcony is for leisure and relaxation. As such, I am looking for someone who has experience designing relaxing spaces that are both visually appealing and structurally sound. This person should be quality minded and have a portfolio of previous works that demonstrate their expertise. If selected, the person must be able to deliver high-quality renders and draftings on time and within budget. Building works are balcony to be enclosed on all sides from centre point of posts and glass installed top to bottom.Glazing- Please refer to quote for window heights & openings
2. Materials used for framing- windows are aluminium framed, the installation method will be
to use 8 gauge stainless steel screws fixed into the existing timber posts. Storm mounds will
be fitted around the outside of the window frames & siliconed in place. Ultrasafe security
mesh is to be used on all openings which complies to Australian Standards for fall
prevention. meaurements of glass fittings are in quote. Not more then 1 hour's work in my opinion to draw up plans to scale is required. Therefore $50 AUD is my commitment
