design granny flat

I drew up plans for a granny flat in Kawungan but my engineer didn't like them. I need my design reviewed and verified to comply with building standards in my location. if the designer can work with PDF files and put them into a CAD format this would please the engineer
Key tasks:

have experience with wooden load-bearing structures built on concrete slabs
- Expertise in NCC requirements and those of Fraser Coast Council
- Possess the right certification and credentials to verify a house design
- have QBCC licence and provide licence number to me
