deck and cover pickering
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
phase 1. looking to build a deck across the entire back of the home structure. basic deck 7-10" off the ground. Attached with anchor bolts to the slab foundation to be flush with existing two patios. (duplex with identical sides)
phase 2. remove existing small patio covers and build 1 new larger patio cover to tie into existing structure and cover the entire new deck. Will need adequate slope (10 dergree min) for drainage.
