I am a custom home builder out of Burlington NC, in need of a architect for small additions, overhead patios and detached garages. Needing drawings to submit for a permit.

Building a patio with a hip roof roughly 20'x16', This will be attached to the existing house. Needing a plan drawn up to be able to submit for a permit. The company we use for our full house plans and drawings is too backed up for these smaller additions we are doing. We are looking for an architect to help us in the future as well with additional plans.
