contemporary modern villa
Budget: $500 – $900 USD
My project is about designing a residential villa that boasts a modern, luxury contemporary aesthetic. The villa should have the specification below and in the 2 pictures attached. Use of Archicad is mandatory. (Converting AutoCad to Archicad files will cancel the project)
It is important to understand and implement the contemporary style in every room. Design each with unique layouts, but maintaining a consistent style throughout.
Ideal skills and experience would include:
- Extensive experience in contemporary residential architecture and interior design
- Portfolio of luxury designs
- Excellent understanding of space utilization
- Ability to incorporate modern comforts and amenities in the design

Here are some specifics:
Please Read it Careful:
First we need to build the Floor Plan as specified below.
You will see 2 images- handmade - drafts of what needs to be in the design.
On the picture of the ground floor, you will see on the right side that there is a connection to the garage. So the garage is not to be included on the ground floor. There are 3 rooms that are mandatory: (plus all the ones detailed in the image)
- A large 100sqm++ room
- An office on the left side
- Another large room that can be anywhere
The entrance must be approximately at the place shown
For the rest we have put a note of all the elements we want to see and we want you to design it and intelligently place them.
The bottom of the picture is to be open enough on the garden and poolside.
Let us know what you propose:
We expect delivery on Archicad 25 or 26
Here are Deliverables we are looking for:
- Floor Plans and 3D modeling
- Include environment & furniture
- Texturing, lighting & Renderings
- Architectural walkthrough (video at least 20s) - Include source file - All on Archicad 25 or 26 (If other tools are used and files converted, we will see it and cancel the project. You must use Archicad), For the walk through we are open, Lumion is preferred
