2d and 3d construction and planning drawings

About me.
I am a construction project manager and have completed projects big and small. I studied Architecture and Construction Management at The University of Melbourne. I have drafted in an office many years ago and my cad skills are OK, but not having used the program for over 15 years, am not up to date.
About the project.
Two houses side-by-side in Helen, GA, USA. The design is a modern approach to a chalet, one being one level with a basement, the other two levels with a basement (the site slopes down from the road).
I have completed a 2D design, but need it finished and inserted into planning drawings and construction drawings. I would also love some 3D exterior renderings if that is possible for planning (which is just the Home Owners Association) and for use of marketing (I am selling one and keeping the smaller one for myself).
I feel it would be best to spend the first hour together talking through the design, the use of materials and structural elements and then move forward.
