details
4 floors high 12 meters max height
as many units as possible 80 sqm 2 bedroom units
each unit requires 2 units of parking allocation
setback 10 ft on left right of property 15 ft from front and 15 ft from back

there are 4 lands on the file the land to work on is 2505 sqm
land density 50% usage
parking can be allocated on balance 50%
i would like green areas on the land
Also maybe on rooftop terrace /garden
Pool area and gym to be allocated
