certified house plans from sketch
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I am looking for an experienced certified architect to turn my sketch of a small house 1,000 sq ft) into officially certified house plans that need to be stamped for Florida permits.
I have a detailed floor plan. This will be a unique project as the house is a quonset hut built atop shipping containers. I have the floor plan drawn in Sweet Home 3D. The quonset hut will be a M-type (half circle arc and 6' straight sides), similar to this https://www.ebay.com/itm/256005822287.
The location is in a flood zone in Citrus county FL and subject to central Florida wind loads (min 110mph). It requires near ground level pier footers under the containers for sand/loam soil (~1500lbs/sf). Floor joists will need to span the 14' between the containers.
You will need to fill in the blanks for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc. HVAC will be handled by a self contained hvac unit mounted high on the endwall of the quoset with a primary cylinder duct in the top of the arch.
Bedroom, bath, utility room half of the floor plan should have a floor above that will be for future expansion of additional bedrooms and bath. Living, kitchen area is open to arch.
I'd like to have the drawings by 9/20. I've uploaded as much documentation as I have for the project.
I wish to have cad files for the print and I will have all rights of ownership.
