canada residential structural designer

I am looking for an experienced structural designer to design a large townhouse, requiring construction drawings. This project requires considerable expertise, as the townhouse should adhere to Canada's building codes and standards. The size of the residential structure is over 2,000 sq ft. I am expecting detailed and accurate drawings that will include foundation planning and design, details of floor framing, details of roof framing, a building section plan, details of wall sections, etc. As this project does not necessarily have a definite timeline, I am looking for someone who is able to prioritize and deliver results punctually and efficiently. The successful contractor will be comfortable working as part of a team and must demonstrate strong communication skills.
