50 breadth X 40 length feet RCC G +2 floor plan with north face [ Land area - Area 66X67]
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
Hi,
I am looking for a Floor plan designer for building a 40X50 feet RCC G+1 floor plan on my 66 lengths and 67 feet breadth 4,320 sq feet land.
I am looking for a floor plan having one individual renter room with a kitchen and toilet.
Attached is an idea plan for that. Looking for a great idea from you with wall thickness and minimal pillar overhead.
I am from Assam, and you have to design like this so that I can get permission for a floor plan from Govt office.
Requirement :
1. Min 14X13 feet room size.
2. 1-2 room can be given for renter/student as I am doing job in other citi (Yearly 1-2 time visit the place)
3. Stair should be common for both renter and owner.
4. Mind piller and Ground floor planning.
5. Water should be follow via pipe or other technology.
6. Toilet or wash room are preferred in back side (south side). Home entry gate is North side.
7. Need 10-15 feet space in front, after gate for gardening or small planting.
8. Need Ground floor plan (All for renter), 1 st floor plan (renter and owner) and top floor (like tarace gardent/bar etc).
9. Currently focusing on 1st floor. 1st Plan to build first floor. But for building permission need basic layout (attached) as per Assam state.
10. State need basic building plan for approval. Fully 2D and 3D design will create after getting approval.
11. Buget type is fixed or hourly basic.
12. Need dining in AutoCad and your need to share AutoCAD file with me as lower version 2016.
