blueprints site plan

You must be in the Detroit area. This is a must. You will need to meet me at the property.
This project needs a few things.
I will provide an old landscape plan. I will need you to upload it and make changes so I can submit for approval. I need construction Blueprints for Digital Copies to Print and file. The building is 75 feet by 75 feet so you have the proper scale. The property is two parcels. One is the front including the building and front parking lot. The second parcel is the rear parking lot and the old bank drive through. the alley is the divider line. This will be the preliminary site plan. Changes will need to be made after the city gives input
I will upload all the requirements from the city. I'll submit for approval and any changes will need to be made and resubmitted to the city for approval.
Details. We will be turning this one building into two different drive through restaurants. One will be on the north side and the other the south. We are NOT tearing anything down. We are only removing grass and adding the lanes and drive up windows. you cannot block the alley between the building and the rear parking lot.
You will be doing the exterior and civil plan for the cars and parking. The inside of the building will be very basic in the plan. I Just need a few things like where the electric meters and water are. The new tenants will be responsible for their own blueprints and approvals from the city.
Our job is to get approval to put in the new concrete for the drive through lanes and windows. Preliminary plan for submission and approval
the rear/west side is for employees and deliveries.
the east side is the front. it will be all tan brick except for the windows and the doors. everything above 8 feet is brick.
the entire building is going to be the same tan brick except for some trim for accent. the areas in the four corners will stay black paint. you must have the cars drive around the structural beams on the north and south side. I want the cars to order on the same side of the building that they pick up from remember this is going to be two restaurants.
Drivers in the USA are on the left side of the car. please make sure to have the drivers side next to the building
