4 bhk house Floor plan for plot size of 36x55
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We have plot of 36X55 feet dimensions. We want to build 4 bhk house on this plot for 6 member family.
For this we need floor plan with details given below.
1. House should have provisions to include small lift into it.
2. It should have 1 parent bedroom at ground floor.
3. It should have on suv car parking at ground floor.
4. Each floor should have dress area and attached toilets to room.
5. 3 side of house should kept open.
6. There is 20 meter road to the north of plot.
I am attaching reference floor plan which we liked very much except ground floor washroom comes on adjoining walls of neighbouring houses.
