Open the structural model and update it to Revit 2023 version and save it. (Close it)
Open a new file with an Architectural Template
Link the Structural file (Origin to Origin)
Define the levels for North and South wings of the building
Copy Monitor the grid lines and clean the CAD files as necessary and import /link them to your file
Start modeling.
You need to model the following Architectural elements:
Walls, Windows, Doors, Stairs, and Ceilings.
