Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
We are looking for a licensed architect in the U.S. state of Kansas to design stamped renovations for a Senior Day Center. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating accessible restroom designs for public spaces.
Speed is essential. We have existing MEP plans. We also have two sets of stamped architectural plans from a licensed architect that did not pass our local building code. Additionally, we have the DWG files with measurements from the first two designs. Again, this project is in the US state of Kansas, so we need an architect licensed to practice here. Project Requirements:
- Design commercial restroom plans for two ADA compliant two toilet/two sinks.
- Add a wall and roll-in shower to an existing restroom
- Incorporate accessibility features such as grab bars, accessible toilets, and sinks
- Ensure compliance with ADA guidelines and regulations
- Plans to remove a non-load bearing wall
- Design a small fenced-in outdoor seating area
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in designing commercial restrooms for public spaces
- Knowledge of ADA accessibility guidelines and regulations
- Experience in selecting and incorporating accessibility features into restroom designs
- Professional architect licensed in the US state of Kansas.
