INTERSECTION CONCEPT OFFICE PROJECT
Furnishings: The furnishings will be in correct measurements, and the furniture will be dimensioned. Meeting rooms will have walls, and doors will be installed. Sliding doors will be used for the manager's rooms. Desks in circular areas will be placed according to the rules and in correct measurements. Circular walls and glass walls need to be corrected to meet the regulations. Area square meters, measurements, total square meters, and the correction of incorrect areas will be done according to technical drawing standards.
1/50 Floor Plan: Floor materials will be shown as drawings on the floor plan. All types of surface covering materials, products, and equipment elements will be detailed, such as luxury vinyl tiles in gray tones with their names.
1/50 Ceiling Plan: Lighting elements' placements will be shown, with proper intersection lighting.
1/50 Sections: Four sectional views will be shown, including views from the counter and other areas.
Perspectives: The perspectives will focus on sections or areas that are either not well perceived in the plan or need better visualization. Six perspectives will be drawn, including the facility's equipment elements, and will describe the space clearly in a one-point or two-point perspective. Visualizations can be created using tools such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Lumion.
