architectual concept house designs for renovation of an existing home
Budget: $255 – $1,200 AUD
Seeking qualified architects (tertiary/university qualified) to design a second storey addition to an existing single level home. I require concept designs including but not limited to external elevations (including facade), front back and rear sections and elevations. Also require internal floor plans of ground and first floor. I have some facade 3d images that i would like the designs to be platformed of with some adjustments to suit preconditional building designs and below mentioned setbacks.
I have a site surveying CAD file of which includes land, contour levels and building dimensions (including heights/R.L's). I also have the internal floor plans of the existing home. Plans will have to take into consideration existing home and work within site paramaters which include 900mm from western side boundaries, 6 metres building line to front boundary and 3 metre setbacks side eastern side boundaries.
