architect designs for two buildings

We have two buildings in a ski town in japan that we would like to renovate and need creative designs.

First building
- 3 apartments
- Basement with view of pond
- ground level road entrance and view of mountains
- top level amazing view of Vally and mountains
- we would like each apartment to have 2-3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom shower and laundry
- there must be a communal ski dry room near entrance.
- the building is approx 330sqm

Second building
- Ski Lodge
- 2 levels (possible a mezzanine on top floor as roof has a lot of dead space)
- basement 3-4 bed rooms (ensuite is possible) plus communal bathroom toilet, ski dry room access from entrance.
- top level entrance, lounge (views of mountains and vally), kitchen, toilet, master bed room with ensuite
*note* second building entrance is from communal road that runs along first building
