An architect to design me a drive in taco shop like sonic drive-ins

A drive- in for tacos, the distinctive marker would be the roof as it would be in the form of a taquero hat from Mexico, looks like a sailor hat, and would have windows on 3 sides to be able to see the cooks work the back would be covered no windows and the front would be picnic tables, I can draw an outline of how the kitchen would be setup, but the building would be square and the roof would be in the shape of a taquero cap.
