Workshop/Storage Garage Blueprints Creation

I'm in need of professional blueprints for a 25 x 40 foot workshop/storage garage with 8 foot walls and a 6 in 12 pitched roof. There would be an 8 foot veranda on the 40 foot side, one rollup vehicle door in the 25 foot gable end, three people doors, six windows that are 3 x 6 feet. The design could include a small bathroom.

Key Requirements:
