Wood Framed Workshop Design

I need an experienced engineer to design a wood-framed workshop measuring 30'x100'. The workshop will primarily be used for work, and I require an open floor plan. also frost foundation with 2'x2' thickened edge, #4 rebar 16" on center with foam 2' down and 4' out. Stamped drawing must be ND Engineer certified
