My residential construction is underway, and I need an independent civil engineer to be my eyes on-site every now and then stage wise. Each visit should cover two core checkpoints: first, that the structural components match approved drawings and good engineering practice; second, that finish quality meets the agreed specifications before the project moves to the next stage.
During every inspection you will:
• Walk the entire site with the contractor, noting progress against the schedule.
• Verify work completed for the current milestone so I can confidently authorise the next payment.

• Compile a concise written report (photos included) within 24 hours of the visit.
