Warehouse Space Optimization

We are looking for an architect to help us re-imagine the use of our warehouse / logistics space in the most efficient manner. The project would involve a review of the existing layout, consideration of the types / sizes of products, boxes and pallets and the need for specific areas for incoming / outgoing products, packaging, etc. It will also consider movement of staff and overall efficiency. Interviews with users of the space will be important.
