Warehouse-to-Office Space Conversion Design

I have a renovation project for a storage warehouse that will be transformed into office space. The building is currently empty. It measures 9.60m in width and 19,80m in length. The dual-pitch roof (inside) has a height of 5.20m at the center and 4m on the sides. On the right side of the building, no openings can be made. I need to design office spaces within the building. Here are the requirements: • Reception hall: 25m² • Sales office: 5 people, 42m² • Marketing office: 3 people, 25m² • Executive office: 4 people, 33m² • Finance office: 7 people, 58m² • Procurement office: 5 people, 42m² • Temporary office near management: 2 people, 17m² • Kitchenette: 6 to 8m² • Restrooms: Separate facilities for men and women, compliant with French accessibility standards • Meeting room: 10-person capacity, 18m² • Archives/Storage: 5 to 8m² • IT room: 4m² • Locker room: 15m² If necessary, a mezzanine could be added to optimize space.
