3D Visualization of Proposed Townhome Development
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a detailed exterior model of our proposed townhome development. The model should be created from an existing AutoCAD file, and needs to incorporate:
- Landscaping and greenery (based on aerial), road, typ vehicles
- Building textures and materials
- The site context, including neighboring buildings and streets
The primary purpose of this 3D presentation is for planning and approvals, so it needs to be comprehensive and accurate. Ideal candidates for this project should have extensive experience in creating detailed 3D models and are proficient in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software for viewing realtime. Previous experience with similar projects would be highly advantageous.
