Visualisation of floor plans

Hi,
I need a modern visualtion of these two plans.
Basiclly the floor plans are imporant.

Moreover for the file Garage_Kirberg which is garage, I need the plan and also a plan where you can draw a possible apartment.

So in total:
- Both files need to be adjusted (floor plans in a better visualtion)
- File Garage_Kirberg: draw a possible apartment with rooms, guestrooms, kitchen and WC.
