Villa design with piscine)

I want to built 2 duplex houses with a common area; each duplex should have 1 kitchen 1 maid room with her wc, 1 washing room, 1 master bedroom with wc and closet, 2 bedrooms each has wc, 1 living room , 1 dining room, 1 salon (the common area could be the salon and the dining)
