Project Title:
Villa Landscape Development – Side Yard & Garden Area
Project Objective:
To design a comprehensive modern landscape solution that enhances the outdoor experience of the villa, integrates natural and built elements, and maximizes functionality and aesthetics within the available space.

Scope of Work:
1. Softscape Works
• Selection and planting of ornamental shrubs, flowering plants, and small trees.
• Installation of natural or artificial turf as specified.
• Soil preparation, irrigation connections, and planting media integration.
• Use of mulch and edging for plant beds to define and separate landscape zones.
2. Hardscape Works
• Paved walkways, platforms, and outdoor flooring using modern materials (stone, concrete pavers, or travertine).
• Installation of retaining edges and step levels where required for elevation variation.
• Provision of garden lighting integrated into walkways and seating areas.
3. Garden Sitting Area
• Construction of a central, shaded or semi-shaded sitting space with outdoor furniture.
• Placement to optimize views of the landscape, water features, and fire pit.
4. Fire Pit Area
• Design of fire pit with proper flooring base.
• Surrounding seating arrangement using comfortable, weather-resistant materials.
• Safety measures included, such as fire-resistant base and sufficient ventilation.
5. Small Wall Waterfall
• Design and integration of a decorative vertical wall-mounted water feature.
• Pump system, lighting, and water circulation setup included.
• Positioned for visual impact from main seating zones.
6. Small Fountain
• Installation of a freestanding or circular decorative fountain as a focal point.
• Mechanical pump, lighting, and drainage system included.
7. Different Levels of Sitting
• Incorporation of multi-level seating arrangements to utilize elevation changes.
• Materials to match overall hardscape palette (e.g., concrete, wood, or stone finishes).
• Steps, platforms, and terraces designed with safety and comfort in mind.
8. Barbecue Station
• Design and construction of a fixed outdoor BBQ counter with built-in grill and sink (optional).
• Utility connections (gas/electric/water) if applicable.
• Placement close to the seating area for functional outdoor dining use.
9. 2D Top Plan
• Development of a detailed, scaled top-view plan showing layout of all features, dimensions, plantings, and material specifications.
10. 3D Rendering
• Generation of high-quality 3D visuals for the complete landscape concept.
• Rendered perspectives to include both daytime and nighttime settings.
• To be used for client approval and construction guidance.
