- ground floor( 2 main seating area, dining,office, open kitchen,closed kitchen,storage, guest bedroom)
- first floor ( 4-5 master bedroom, family area,office, laundry area)
All bedrooms must not exceed 4*5 m.
All bathrooms must not exceed 2*3m
All bedrooms must have walking closet 2*3m
Walking closets have seperate door than bathroom.
Master bedroom to be extra big
External maid room required.
Building size is 20*15m max
Land size is 33*33m
