Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm in need of an experienced and creative architect to work on the floor plan for my new villa.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Ability to understand and translate the client's vision into a functional and aesthetically pleasing floor plan.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to make revisions as necessary to meet the client's needs.
Floor Plan for Home Villa
I need Floor Plan design for 2.5 story Villa including elevations, sections, windows and doors schedules
Lot area is 520 SQM with required 270-280 SQM foot print
North is 26 LM East is 20 LM South is 26 LM West is 20 LM
Set Back from north is Minimum 4 LM
Set back from east is Minimum 3 LM
Set back from west and south is 2 LM
GF requirements
Mens’ Setting area 5.5 x 7 M exclusive of bathroom and washing area
Dining that opens to another family setting area and extended to another setting area. All should have minimum 5x4 M and opens to outdoor landscape setting area
Another bathroom with washing area for ladies.
Kitchen minim 5x5 with store minim 2x3
U shape stairs
Elevator
Master room minim 3x3
Clothes washing area with open area for clothes drying
Two entrances from north and from east
1st Floor
Main master room minim 5x7 including closet area
2 other master rooms minimum 4x6
2 separate rooms with bathrooms in between
Seating area with a terrace (balacony)
Stair to second floor
2nd Floor (50% of ground floor foortprint)
Apartment with 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms + setting area + kitchen + one master room
It should have standalone stairs that connects with 1st Floor
stair so there is possibility to open it to 1st Floor or isolated as standalone apartment
