I am in need of a professional quantity surveyor or an experienced individual to provide a Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for a villa I am planning. The size of the villa and location hasn't been specified yet. However, the villa is planned to be a two-story structure.
The roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Developing a detailed BOQ
- Estimating the cost of the project accurately
- Providing procurement advice
