Victorian Residential House Plans Needed
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 CAD
I'm seeking a skilled architect to draw up plans for a large, Victorian-style residential house situated in Canada. This project has specific requirements:
My half acre lot is walk up from front to back so basement will be opened on front with double garage
For reference plz take a look on property address beside of my lot. “527 Heather Hill Waterloo Ontario Canada” has been built on my right side.
I will build Raised bungalow in Waterloo, ON Canada
Walk up Basement: 4 beds, 2.5 baths, small living room and kitchen open in living area, mechanical room, small lift connected with Basement, GF and FF.
Ground Level: 4 Beds and 3.5 Baths on ground level, We need Mud room, Laundry, Flex room, Dining, family room, Good size kitchen and walk in pantry, about 100 sft store room.
First Floor: 200 sft Loft, about 150sft one bed and attached bath. One side of Loft will be open in family room so Family room in GF will have double height.
Potential candidates should possess:
- Proven experience in designing large residential properties.
- An artistic eye for Victorian architectural style.
- Capability to optimize space effectively.
- Sound knowledge of Canadian residential building codes.
Please include examples of past work, particularly Victorian-style designs, along with your proposal.
