Vastu 28x80 Modern House Plan
Budget: $50,000 – $100,000 USD
My 28 × 80 ft plot faces the south-west, between 210° and 240° on the compass, and I need a complete modern-style layout that also honours classic vastu guidelines.
Ground floor essentials: two bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen–living–dining zone, and a clear 15-ft strip at the front reserved for car parking. The staircase must sit outside the main envelope so internal space stays uncompromised.
First floor: three additional bedrooms, attached toilets, and any balconies or terraces you feel improve light and ventilation without breaking vastu logic.
Please position rooms, plumbing lines, doors, and windows to suit a traditional vastu grid—master in the south-west, kitchen in the south-east or north-west (whichever yields the best flow), pooja/store in the north-east, etc.—yet keep the façade crisp and contemporary.
Deliverables I’m expecting:
• Scaled ground- and first-floor plans with clear dimensions and a compass rose
• Furniture layout that proves circulation works
• Brief notes explaining how each zone meets vastu principles
• A simple 3-D massing or façade sketch showing the modern look (optional but appreciated)
