Vastu-Compliant 4BHK Flat Construction

I'm looking for a skilled architect and builder to construct a 4BHK flat system on a plot of 80'×50'. The layout of each flat should prioritize optimizing space for functionality while adhering to Vastu Shastra principles. This will be a G+2 story building with one flat per floor.

Key project components:
- Each flat's main entrance should ideally face North or East.
- Optimization of the layout for each flat to ensure functionality while adhering to Vastu principles.

Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Vastu Shastra.
- Proven track record in constructing multi-story residential buildings.
- Exceptional space planning and design skills.
- Ability to incorporate Vastu principles into functional design.
- Each bathroom and wardrobe must be atleast 8'×8'.
- Must consist of a lift of 8'×5' and staircase of width 4'.
- Each bedroom size of atleast 200 square feet and living room size of atleast 500 square feet.
- Each bedroom must consist of a balcony and atleast 100 square feet common balcony attached to living room for all.
- Puja room of size atleast 8'×11'.
- Kitchen of size atleast 13'×18'.
