Vastu Architect for Ancestral House Redesign

I need a Vastu architect to redesign my 10 bed ancestral house. The house needs to be partitioned into two portions, with one each for one brother with long-term residential rental facility . The design should be a fusion of traditional and modern styles, and it needs to incorporate specific Vastu principles.
