Variance application

I am in the process of applying for the zoning occupancy certificate and got a refusal. The zoning officer suggested applying for 2 minor variances.
a) Exceeding medical/Business office use permitted on-premises
b) Not fulfilling the parking requirements
I will be able to provide you with: Site plan documentation, which includes building statistics, Zoning statistics, architectural drawings, etc.
Looking for someone who can provide us with the parking requirement calculations as per the town of Oakville by laws, which will tell us how many additional parking spaces we will need.
And then file for minor variance application.
