Urgent Site Plan Presentation to City
Budget: $10 – $30 CAD
I urgently need an architect and urban planner who can help me present my site plan to the city council tomorrow, May 8, 2024 from 11:00 am to 11:30 am Eastern Time. Please read to the end and view the attachments, plans are already developed I just need someone to help present them.
Requirements:
- I'm only looking for someone to present the current site plan, not make any changes to it, but be able to help me field questions from the city and move forward on my own from there
- The ideal candidate should have experience in urban planning and construction, particularly in dealing with city councils and presenting site plans for approval.
Please note:
- The presentation needs to be clear, concise and should highlight all the important aspects of the proposed site plan.
- You should be available for the entire presentation time and be able to handle last-minute changes or questions from the council.
-Attached are pictures of the current plan, as well as the actual land to be developed.
