Urgent: Convert Slab to Crawlspace, Beam Installation

I urgently need a skilled freelancer to help convert a Slab on Grade to a Crawlspace on an existing plan. This conversion is mostly to provide additional space for utilities - specifically, plumbing and electrical systems, and HVAC system components.
Key tasks to be achieved in this project are:
- Converting the existing slab to a crawlspace
- Implementing required beam and support post installations in the crawlspace framing.
Additionally, I require the installation of an LVL beam above the garage door to support the span.
