Must have well established, well rated profile OR must have verifiable ID, credentials, license (or license use agreement), etc. I need a stamped view for the city of Minneapolis, State of Minnesota. Soil report not needed. 1500-2000psf known. 42" frost line. Frost engineering experience preferred.
Adding an excavated well for stairs and access to a basement door. Existing 1980's structure with 12" thick CMU block wall. Have Sketchup file and 2D images ready to send. I am a licensed general contractor for personal projects.
-Provide 2 sketch ideas of how to approach the engineering. No use of overhead strut. One approach with the use of grade beams from the primary structure footing to the outer frost wall, with a Frost Protected Shallow Footing Scheme. One approach using a traditional 42" frost walls everywhere and underpinning primary structure. Only the choses approach with be stamped. I need to provide multiple sketches to my contractor for bidding and deciding which will be stamped and submitted to the city.
