Two story home to be designed by architect

Hello! My husband and I are wanting to build a barndominium. We would like it to be 30x40, two stories tall. I have some rough drafts that I have drawn and a few inspiration pictures for what we want the exterior to look like.
We plan to finance this through a construction loan and are looking to finalize our design as well as get construction blueprints.
