Two storey construction under GDPO (Prior Approval application) for an additional 4 self contained flats on existing block of flats in London
Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
I need an architect with considerable experience in planning applications to help me submit a prior approval application for 4 self contained flats above an existing block of flats.
What do we need to achieve?
• Make a thorough assessment of my property and prepare a comprehensive set of documents necessary for the approval process. We already have plans, elevations, sections in relation to an already obtained Prior Approval for a single storey. We now wish to resubmit for an additional storey due to the new GDPO rules from August 2020. We should redraw the plans, write the D+A statement from the existing as reference.
• Successfully submit and gain approval.
Key Project Features:
• Style: The project requires us to reuse the existing style based on the currently held prior approval
Suitable Candidate:
• Experience: You should have a strong portfolio in architecture and submitting prior approval applications for the same.
• Communication: UK based architect required, as will have understanding of local laws and guidelines governing such applications.
