2D/3D Two-Storey Floor Plans -- 2

I need complete 2D or 3D floor-plan drawings for a brand-new two-storey home. The design must clearly map out a welcoming living-room–kitchen hub on the ground level, well-proportioned bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs, and a practical garage that flows naturally into outdoor entertaining space.

Please include:
• Scaled 2D architectural layouts for both floors (PDF + editable source)
• Rendered 3D visualisations that highlight room volumes, circulation and natural light

I’ll share rough sketches, preferred dimensions and local building code notes once we start; accuracy to those specs is essential. Feel free to draw on AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or another professional tool—just be sure I receive files I can hand straight to my builder and city planner.
